BEŞLER BLACK OLIVE
Ripe, black olives are harvested by hand, and then they are selected and categorized. Afterward, the olives are added to water with a concentration of about 10% salt to enable natural fermentation. This process is hastened by expelling the air, which also allows for unmatched color quality and taste. The olives are placed in a pickling solution of salt, acetic acid and packaged in tins. This product contains no chemicals and is processed 100% naturally.
