Riviera Olive Oil

We mixed Beşler refined and natural olive oils to create Beşler Riviera Olive Oil. Its color ranges in tones of yellow to green. It has an authentic taste and texture, and gives olive oil-based foods an unmatchable taste. The oils are processed physically and mixed in specific amounts, creating a color that ranges from green to yellow and having its own particular taste and smell. The rate of free acid does not exceed 1.5%.

Refined Olive Oil
We produce Beşler Refined Olive Oil without allowing the natural qualities of the oil to dissappear. The acidity is low, the taste and smell are light and the color varies in yellow tones. The olive oil is better for frying than other vegetable oils because it is more resilient.
Unrefined olive oil is not suitable for consumption. After refining, however, the color ranges in tones of yellow while the smell and taste become unique. The oil contains a maximum 0.3% free acid.
